Our Research and Development Department is in constant quest to provide solutions for pressing customer challenges. We develop functional materials, new polymer building blocks and adhesive bonding processes that are the base of our present and future innovations.  With our global technology know-how and reverse engineering expertise, our R&D team  develops a constant stream of new smart adhesives, coatings and sealants responding to the needs of our  customers in all the markets we serve.

 

NAPCO research and development was transformed to fulfil the pledge of value generation through new technology and innovation.  We have put great effort to reshuffle the way of how new technologies are driven and used in the formulation and manufacturing of adhesives, coatings and sealants that will positively impact various industries.  Our innovation objective is customer centric – driven by the challenges faced by our customers today, hence we always respond by developing and launching new as well as reverse-engineered products with efficient application and meet international standards and environmental compatibility.

Engineered hardwood flooring can be installed on all types of subfloors and has become especially popular due to its inherent structural stability.
As part of this exercise, the company has updated its logo, the corporate communications, website and is implementing new marketing initiatives.
